For all roles at Centrefield, we are looking for candidates who satisfy the following criteria:
  • Excellent academic record;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Foreign language skills desirable (but not required);
  • Entrepreneurial mindset in relation to business development;
  • Experience in working collaboratively with colleagues;
  • Ability to think and plan strategically and commercially;
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and to work flexibly, as some evening and weekend work may be required;

Our recruitment programme

As part of the ongoing growth of the firm, Centrefield is delighted to confirm that the next round of its graduate recruitment programme for aspiring solicitors will open on 17 August 2026.
