General Centrefield Requirements Applicable to All Roles

For all roles at Centrefield, we are looking for candidates who satisfy the following criteria:
  • Excellent academic record;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Foreign language skills desirable (but not required);

Our recruitment programme

The application window for our graduate recruitment programme is now open.

To apply, please submit a CV and cover letter to careers@centrefield.law (using subject line: Graduate Recruitment). Your cover letter should include a short section (maximum 500 words) on your views on a topical sports or media subject with legal and/or commercial relevance that particularly interests you.

The successful applicant(s) will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the most experienced and well-respected sport and media lawyers in a collaborative environment and gain exposure to a range of practice areas, including player/athlete contracts and transfers, dispute resolution, commercial, regulatory and governance, disciplinary and integrity, employment and immigration.

We are able to offer flexibility in terms of the route to qualification and potential start date, working with the successful candidate(s) to determine the most appropriate arrangements – our focus is on finding the right candidate(s), who are highly motivated to progress their career in a market-leading sports and media firm. For the role(s), we are looking for applicants who would be available to take up the role from Autumn 2027 and who fulfil the General Centrefield Requirements, which can be found below.
